Oral Poster Presentations
Oral Poster Presentations will be presented in assigned session halls with slides. Presenters can also hang their posters on assigned boards.
All presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint in 16:9 ratio. Keynote files are NOT supported.
Speaker Preview Room will be networked with the session rooms, which means your presentation will be automatically distributed to your session hall once it is uploaded in the Speaker Preview Room.
Presentations will not be accepted directly in the session hall for uploading; all presenters should upload their PPT presentations from the Speaker Preview Room.
Please note that the “Presenter View” is not available. If you need your notes, please bring them on paper.
Please proceed to your meeting hall 10-15 minutes before session start time in order to introduce yourself to the session chair(s) and to familiarize yourself with the set-up.
Oral Poster Presentations have 10 minutes allocated including the Q&A part. (8 minutes talk + 2 minutes Q&A).
Poster Presentations
BPS ASM 2024 is offering 2 Poster Viewing Sessions this year.
Poster Viewing Session 1
Poster Viewing Session 1 will be on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 from 15:20 – 16:20.
All poster presenters with Odd Numbers are expected to be present at their poster(s) for any questions that might come from the interested audience.
Poster Viewing Session 2
Poster Viewing Session 2 will be on Thursday, 6 June 2024 from 12:40 – 13:40.
All poster presenters with Even Numbers are expected to be present at their poster(s) for any questions that might come from the interested audience.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
• Posters should be prepared in PORTRAIT A0 format: 1189 mm (46.8 inches) height and 841 mm (33.1 inches) width.
• Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
• Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters.
• Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster.
• All posters must be written entirely in English.
• Posters at the BPS ASM 2024 will be presented as paper posters on poster boards and will be available for viewing for participants at all times during the meeting.
POSTER PRESENTATION INFORMATION
• All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.
• Setup time starts at 09:00 AM on Tuesday, 4 June 2024. Please make sure you hang your poster until 11:00 AM.
• Posters have to be taken down from 04:00 PM until 05:00 PM on Thursday, 6 June 2024 or will be removed and tossed.
